Alexandria Rugby's mission to get our city's kids playing rugby costs money, just like everything else. Member dues cover some of these costs but not nearly enough. Support from the community above and beyond our membership is a necessity. To that point AR regularly holds fundraising raffles and events aimed at the adults... 'cause that's where the money is!
AR gladly welcomes direct contributions to either our general fund or to specifically earmarked projects - as listed below. Donations can be mailed in or conducted securely online through our PayPal account. Either way, a simple note on the check or in the comment box on PayPal can designate to which effort you'd like your donation applied.

Christchurch, New Zealand Earthquake Relief: In support of the many Kiwi Ex-Pats who are members, friends and supporters of Alexandria Rugby, we have established a Christchurch Earthquake Relief Fund. All proceeds from our March 12, 2011 6 Nations Fundraiser will be donated to the America New Zealand Association's (ANZA) Christchurch Relief Fund.

AR is also excited to help one of our youth program beneficiaries, the Cora Kelly Elementary School Rugby Club, and all the students at Cora Kelly as they work hard to raise funds for a new playground and rugby pitch at the school.
